So many pretty pictures in magazines! Peope spend THOUSANDS on getting their product photographed or designed to be published so we can look at them and then throw them away.......I say NO!...in this sustainable age we live in and the fact that getting letters in the post is awesome and should be bought back (penpals..those were the days)...make the pretty pictures and ads into mag-velopes!

Market time....A post for Christchurch

Hello Christchurch, my friend.

Guess what!? (interrobang)....Felt has organised a night market for you, just before Christmas.This Thursday 3 December at the beautiful old Queen Anne building on the corner of Oxford Terrace and Worcester Boulevard.

So it's a good chance to get some handmade goodies from your fellow Cantabs.

It looks like it is organised much like the Wellington Craft Fairs in that the 'crafters' apply for the stalls so you know you are getting the best... Read more

Woven Tales of Ink, Silver and Silk Exhibition

A while ago at one of the Craft Fair 2.0's I found Minu and fell in lurrrrrve (just a different way to say love) with her prints. Very cute, quirky and inquisitive.

Turns out she is having an Exhibition with three other local artists at The Thistle Hall Gallery until the 22 November. Maybe you should head down and buy me a Christmas present? Tis the season and all. Cheeky cheeky.
