S'mores-delicious marshmellow murder

I hope that we are all familiar with S'mores, Wwhich is an abbreviation of 'some more', incase you didn't know.

That delicious rereational camping treat of melty marshmellow and chocolate squashed inbetween biscuits.

If you are not, I feel sorry for you and your deprived upbringing.

The Slice Party

Fun.

We had our 3rd Bake-off on Wednesday, 'The Slice Party'.

It was far more serious this time around. The chosen judges were very thorough...and were all chosen for their super hero sensory powers. The 8 competitors were nervous, and there was even a little bit of humorous bribing and over the top complements to win them over.

Upside down Pear and Ginger Cake

I think I have finally nailed the upside down cake.

Now, I know there a lot of people out there who are a little pessimistic about ginger related things, but Pears and Ginger should get married. They are perfect together.
