Baby cakes as in a recipe! Not a cute nickname for your boyfriend.

I like baby everythings. Baby cookies, baby scones, baby lambs...the baby opportunities are endless.

In this case, it is baby carrot cakes, but you can pretty much do this with any cake recipe, it just needs a slightly shorter cooking time, and half of the recipe. Perfect for a girly tea party.

Yum Jam Swirl Biscuits

Swirl, such a great word. Who wouldn't get excited about swirling something. Not me.

This is up there for one of the best dunking biscuits. Gingernuts obviously taking the trophy there.

150g Butter

3/4C Sugar

1 Egg yolk

1t Vanilla extract

1C Plain flour

1/2t Baking powder

pinch salt, ouch

3T Jam

Cream butter with sugar. Beat in the vanilla and egg yolk. Sift in dry ingredients and mix to a firm dough.

Rhubapple Jam

Mmmmmm Yum Sideways Rhubapple Jam. Why is it sideways??? Because I live in sideways world. Everything is sideways.



It is soo easy to make Jam! And super cheap. This guy cost me $5 to make two jars!
